Trenton – The First Thursday Hikes

About This Event

Join Ranger Todd on a hike through Humbug Marsh! Each hike will be on the Orange Trail. The trail surface is crushed gravel.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a guided hike with Ranger Todd on the Orange Trail, so expect to walk together rather than explore the refuge independently.
• 2.The trail is crushed gravel. Wear sturdy walking shoes, especially if the surface is wet or uneven.
• 3.The hike runs for 90 minutes, so bring water and dress in layers for November weather.
• 4.Arrive a little early so you can find the group and be ready to start at 2:00 PM.
• 5.Keep your pace comfortable and follow the ranger's directions; wildlife sightings can't be guaranteed, so enjoy the marsh and trail even if animals stay hidden.
