Saline Community Fair
About this event
Five days of old-fashioned family fun celebrating agriculture, community, and local traditions with carnival rides and livestock exhibits.
What to Expect
- 1.Youll see livestock exhibits, tractors on display, and carnival rides, plus small-town fair booths with local crafts. Its easy to take it slow and follow your own loop.
- 2.The crowd is friendly and family focused, with plenty of locals and kids milling about. Its easy to wander at your own pace and strike up a quick chat if you want, but you can also stay in your bubble.
- 3.Expect classic fair food from local vendors like corn dogs and kettle corn; many stalls are cash only so bring a little cash and a backup payment method. There are hydration and shaded rest areas around the grounds.
- 4.Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds is a rural fairground, so wear comfortable shoes and be ready to walk between rides and livestock exhibits. Parking is usually available but can fill up on busy days; check the event map for gate locations and where the livestock and rides are.
- 5.Arrive early to beat the crowds and park close. Bring sunscreen and water, and map a loop to cover the animal exhibits before the louder rides.
