SATCHVAI Band

About This Event

Joe Satriani and Steve Vai join forces for the 'Surfing with the Hydra' tour with special guests Animals As Leaders.

What to Expect

• 1.Decide your spot early—Meadow Brook offers reserved seating and a lawn; if you want a close-up view of Satriani and Vai, grab near-stage seats, otherwise the lawn gives space and big screens.
• 2.Bring ear protection—the guitar fireworks will be loud; earplugs help you keep the detail without fatigue.
• 3.Dress for the outdoors and Michigan weather; May nights can cool off, so bring a light jacket and maybe a hat.
• 4.Park smart or ride share—big shows fill the lots fast; plan your arrival window and know where to meet if you split up.
• 5.Grab merch early if you want a keepsake and plan time for concessions; the lines can be long between sets, so regroup during intermission.
