Storytime by the Splash Pad

A free event for children ages three to six. Participants meet on the Discovery Trail near the Splash Pad for stories, rhymes, and movement.
What to Expect
- 1.Bring a blanket or small chair and stake out a comfy spot near the Splash Pad so your child can move a bit without you losing sight of them.
- 2.Dress for outdoors and sun; bring sunscreen, hats, and water because this is a short morning session on the Discovery Trail.
- 3.Storytime includes short books, rhymes, and light movement; participate with your kid to model engagement.
- 4.Parking and facilities vary with park layout; check where the Splash Pad and Discovery Trail meet and note restrooms or water fountains.
- 5.If you're new to this kind of event, introduce yourself to other caregivers and remember you can leave anytime if your child gets fussy.
