What to Expect
- 1.Decide which recital slot you’ll attend (2:00 PM, 3:30 PM, or 5:00 PM) and arrive 10-15 minutes early to grab a seat.
- 2.You’ll be watching a sequence of short solo piano performances from students; clap after each piece and keep conversation to a minimum during pieces.
- 3.Parking is typically on nearby Creek Drive and side streets in Ann Arbor, so give yourself a bit of extra time for finding a spot.
- 4.Dress casually and bring a good attitude for supporting developing musicians; this is a friendly, all-ages school recital environment.
- 5.Check with staff about any recording or photography policies before you snap pics, and keep phones silenced during performances.
