Teen Writers Club

About This Event

A creative space for teens to share their writing, participate in prompts, and receive feedback from peers.

What to Expect

• 1.Bring a piece you are comfortable sharing, but you can also use the writing prompts if you would rather start something new.
• 2.Peer feedback is part of the club, so be ready to listen and offer specific, kind suggestions as well as receive them.
• 3.You do not need to be an experienced writer; unfinished drafts and experiments are welcome in a group like this.
• 4.Arrive a little early to find the meeting space inside the library and get settled before the session starts.
• 5.Bring a notebook or device for writing, and check with the library about any age or registration requirements before heading over.
