The Fall Lab with Homesteady Heart

About This Event

A fun fall lab experience featuring pumpkin carving, caramel apple making, cider slushies, and hands-on science experiments like exploding pumpkins.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a mix of seasonal crafts and hands-on science: pumpkin carving, caramel apple making, cider slushies, and an exploding-pumpkin experiment.
• 2.This is geared toward kids, so plan on an active, possibly messy couple of hours rather than a sit-and-watch program. Clothes that can handle a splash of cider or pumpkin goo are a smart choice.
• 3.Arrive a little early to get settled and check in, especially if you have multiple children who want to jump into different activities.
• 4.Keep an eye on younger kids around carving tools and experiment stations; adults should be ready to help with the hands-on parts.
• 5.The description does not mention food beyond the listed treats, so do not count on a full meal. Check with the venue about allergies and whether the activities or treats require advance registration.
