What to Expect

• 1.You're getting a Broadway-caliber production—big numbers, lush costumes, and a live orchestra. Expect emotional ballads as well as high-energy ensemble numbers.
• 2.Arrive early for parking around Fisher Theatre in Detroit and to find your seats; aim to be seated by 1:40 for the 2:00 matinee.
• 3.Fisher Theatre has multiple levels; if you want the best sightlines, go for orchestra seating, but the mezzanine also has a great view. Dress smart casual and bring a light layer since theatres can get chilly.
• 4.Concessions are usually available during intermission; grab a snack or drink beforehand and use the intermission to stretch your legs. Remember to silence phones and avoid photos or videos during the performance.
• 5.If you need accessibility accommodations, contact the box office in advance—there are accessible seating options and assisted listening devices. Also check the theater's bag/policy before you go.
