Trunk or Treat

About This Event

A family-friendly Halloween event where children can trick-or-treat from decorated car trunks in a safe environment.

What to Expect

• 1.Kids walk from car to car collecting candy from decorated trunks, so bring a treat bag or bucket and expect to do some walking.
• 2.Costumes are part of the fun, but October evenings in Michigan can be chilly. Add layers that fit under or over the costume.
• 3.Arriving near the start may mean shorter lines at the trunks; popular cars can get busy as more families arrive.
• 4.Keep younger kids close while moving between parked cars, and make sure costumes or masks do not block their vision.
• 5.Food and drinks are not mentioned, so have a snack beforehand or check with the community center if you are counting on refreshments.
