Vulture Culture - DIY Big Pinning

About This Event

A unique DIY workshop focusing on insect pinning and preservation techniques.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a hands-on introduction to insect pinning and preservation, with time focused on learning the techniques rather than just watching a demonstration.
• 2.The subject is specialized, but you do not need to be an expert to attend. Bring questions if you are curious about insect anatomy, collecting, or display.
• 3.Check the event listing or contact the organizers before bringing specimens or tools, since the description does not specify what materials are provided.
• 4.Plan your trip to the Waterford Township parks and recreation location ahead of time, and confirm the workshop room and parking details before you go.
• 5.This is a focused workshop, so arrive on time to catch any setup and safety instructions. The listing does not mention food or refreshments, so do not count on them being available.
