What to Expect
- 1.Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in at Boll Y - Studio 7 and settle into the room before class begins.
- 2.Bring your own mat, towel, and water; the YMCA often has mats but it’s safer to plan for your own, especially for a gentle flow.
- 3.Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and consider layering; the room can feel cool and you’ll flow through poses at a mindful pace.
- 4.If you’re new to gentle yoga, listen to your body, use props if available, and don’t hesitate to skip or modify poses—breath work is the focus.
- 5.Plan for a calm post-class cooldown and rehydrate; the gym lobby area is great for a minute of rest after the session.
