- 2.Bring the device(s) you need help with, plus any passwords or login details, and a brief description of the issue.
- 3.Expect a one-on-one session with a librarian who will guide you step by step; ask to repeat steps if needed.
- 4.Bring chargers, cables, and any adapters you might need; outlets can be limited in some areas.
- 5.If you still need help after this session, you can schedule a follow-up appointment or use library guides and digital resources.
