A safety camp for children to learn about emergency services and safety procedures.
What to Expect
- 1.There will be kid friendly safety demonstrations from police, fire, or EMS with hands on stations where kids can try simple tasks.
- 2.Families will be the crowd, with volunteers guiding stations; interactions are helpful but not forced.
- 3.Bring water and a small snack; there may not be food vendors, and you may be walking between stations.
- 4.Plan to arrive a bit early to park in Wixom City Hall parking and check in at the front desk.
- 5.As a first timer guardian, ask staff for a kid friendly map and pick a couple of stations to visit first so you dont get overwhelmed.
