Camp 9-1-1

About This Event

A safety camp for children to learn about emergency services and safety procedures.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll see hands on safety demonstrations from police, fire, and EMS with kid friendly explanations and chances to explore vehicles.
• 2.The crowd is mostly families with young children, so the vibe is casual and forgiving if you need a quick break or to wander at your own pace.
• 3.Hydration is important, bring a water bottle and a snack for kids, and wear comfy shoes since you may be moving around the building and surrounding areas.
• 4.Plan ahead for parking at Wixom City Hall and arrive a bit early to locate the main entrance and accessible routes.
• 5.If you're there solo, don't be afraid to ask volunteers questions about safety topics; it's a supportive, low pressure space to learn.
