Detroit Playwrights' Lab - Divine Intervention

About This Event

A performance of 'Divine Intervention' as part of the Detroit Playwrights' Lab series.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a bit early to park and find your seat at Meadow Brook Theatre, which uses assigned seating in a traditional proscenium setting.
• 2.The crowd is usually composed of theatre folks who stay quiet during scenes, so keep your phone off and save conversations for the lobby.
• 3.Check the venue's concessions or nearby dining options before or after the show so you're not scrambling mid performance.
• 4.The performance runs about two hours, so plan for a contained afternoon or early evening; if there is a post show discussion, stick around to hear the writers talk.
• 5.If you are new to the Detroit Playwrights Lab, expect a more exploratory vibe than a fully polished production, so watch how the script translates to stage and note any interesting choices.
