What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a few minutes early to find Conference Room A and introduce yourself to the group facilitator.
- 2.Bring a small notebook or vocabulary list to jot down new phrases and questions; you’ll reuse them in conversation circles.
- 3.Expect mixed English levels; don’t stress about mistakes—practice with patient partners and use prompts provided by the facilitator.
- 4.Take advantage of free on-site parking and library resources after the session; you can browse books or use study rooms if you want a longer practice.
- 5.If you’re shy, sit near a supportive partner and ask the facilitator to pair you with someone at your comfort level; consider rotating partners to meet more people.
