Family Fun Storytime

About This Event

A lively storytime for families at the Salem South Lyon District Library.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled before the story starts and choose a spot where your child can see.
• 2.Expect a lively, child-friendly read-aloud rather than a quiet, formal library program. Kids may be encouraged to join in, so it is fine if they wiggle or make a little noise.
• 3.Bring a small snack or drink for afterward, but check library rules before bringing food into the storytime area.
• 4.Keep an eye on your child around the library shelves before and after the program, especially if they tend to wander when excited.
• 5.If it is your first visit, allow extra time to find the storytime area and check with the library about any age guidance or registration requirements.
