Jake Xerxes Fussell

About This Event

Reared in Georgia and now settled in North Carolina, Jake Xerxes Fussell has established himself as a devoted listener and contemplative interpreter of a vast array of so-called folk songs...

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive early for parking and to snag a good seat in this intimate listening room.
• 2.The Ark is a small venue, so you’ll be close to Jake Xerxes Fussell—listen for the nuance in guitar picking and lyrics.
• 3.Dress casually and bring a light layer; the room can feel cool once the crowd settles in.
• 4.Keep conversation to a minimum during songs and silence cameras/phones unless the venue policy allows; check the policy before snapping pics.
• 5.After the set, swing by the merch table and mingle with fellow fans if you’re into meeting other listeners—it's a friendly, community vibe.
