What to Expect

• 1.You'll see the full maple syrup process in action—from tapping trees to boiling sap over a campfire and finishing into syrup; there’ll likely be tasting opportunities.
• 2.Dress in warm layers and sturdy shoes; it’s an outdoor, hands-on demo in March, and you’ll spend time near an open flame.
• 3.Arrive a bit early to grab a good viewing spot; bring a small chair or a blanket if you want to sit during demonstrations.
• 4.Bring water and snacks; plan a longer day since the program runs several hours and you may want to snack while you watch.
• 5.If you’re bringing kids, expect kid-friendly activities but supervise around the fire and equipment; you may help with simple tasks or learn the science behind sap flow.
