Step back in time with knights, jesters, and fire-breathers at the Canterbury Village Medieval Faire.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll catch knights, jesters, and fire-breathers on stage—arrive early to catch the first show and stake out a good view.
• 2.It's a fairly busy venue; wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do some walking between acts.
• 3.Food and drink come from on-site vendors—plan to wait in lines, and bring cash or cards as accepted.
• 4.If you want a closer look at the crafts, browse the stalls before/after the main performances; there are artists in period-accurate costumes.
• 5.Kids will love the interactive displays and performers, but keep an eye on curious little ones around the pyrotechnics.
