Miniature Golf: VR Mini Golf Tournament

About This Event

A virtual reality mini golf tournament for ages 12 and up. Multiple sessions available starting at 2:00 PM.

What to Expect

• 1.In VR mini golf you'll strap on a headset and swing with motion controllers, playing through several digital courses right in the library's activity space.
• 2.The crowd is friendly and casual, since it's a library event, so you'll likely chat with a few fellow players between rounds without feeling pressured.
• 3.Most libraries restrict food around the tech area, so bring water in a sealed bottle and keep snacks away from the VR gear.
• 4.Check in early for a slot because sessions run starting at 2 PM and space can fill up; plan for short breaks between rounds.
• 5.If you're new to VR, start with a gentle course, ask staff to help fit the headset, and take a quick breather if you feel dizzy or overwhelmed.
• 6.Be mindful of the quiet library vibe; keep voices low around the equipment and tidy the station when you're done.
