Motor City Comic Con

About This Event

Michigan's largest pop culture event featuring celebrity guests, comic book creators, cosplay, and vendors.

What to Expect

• 1.Plan your route around the guests or creators you most want to see, since celebrity photo ops, panels, and autograph lines can overlap.
• 2.Wear comfortable shoes and expect plenty of walking between vendor aisles, cosplay meetups, and any scheduled programming.
• 3.Give yourself extra time for popular autograph or photo-op lines, and check the event schedule before you arrive so you do not miss a must-see guest.
• 4.There is a lot to browse, so set a merch budget before you hit the vendor floor. If you are hunting for something specific, ask vendors early rather than waiting until the end of the day.
• 5.Cosplay is part of the fun, but you can come in regular clothes and still have plenty to look at. Be considerate about asking before taking someone's photo.
