Stitch Sessions: Beginner Crochet

About This Event

A beginner-friendly class to learn the art of crochet, including three different stitches to create a potholder or dishrag.

What to Expect

• 1.You'll practice three crochet stitches and use them to make a potholder or dishrag, so expect hands-on instruction rather than a demonstration-only class.
• 2.Bring questions and don't worry about being slow at first; beginners usually need a little time to get comfortable holding the yarn and hook.
• 3.Check with the organizer before you go to confirm whether yarn and crochet hooks are provided, or whether you should bring your own.
• 4.Plan to stay for the full two hours so you have time to practice and work on your project.
• 5.Greenmead is a historical park, so check the event's specific building or meeting point before arriving at the address.
