Suburban Ice FH Try Hockey for FREE

About This Event

A free event for children to try out ice hockey with equipment and instruction provided.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive about 15 minutes early for check-in and gear sizing; staff will help fit the provided equipment and pair your child with a coach.
• 2.The 60 minute session is kid-centric with stations for skating, basic puck handling, and a short drill; you'll see lots of giggles, falling, and quick recoveries.
• 3.The crowd is supportive and family friendly, with other parents nearby in the spectator areas while the kids rotate through activities.
• 4.Suburban Ice Farmington Hills is a large indoor sports complex in Farmington Hills; there is ample parking and the rink staff run the program smoothly.
• 5.If your child is new to ice, stay on the boards at first and let the coach lead; celebrate small wins and remind them that trying is what matters.
