About This Event

Join the Urban Herd for a free community run or walk. All levels are welcome to participate in this weekly group event.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a group run or walk, so expect to get moving rather than stay inside the store. All levels are welcome, and you can choose the walking option if running is not your thing.
• 2.Arrive a few minutes early at Gazelle Sports Northville to find the group and ask about the route and pace before heading out.
• 3.The event starts at 6 p.m. in late October, so bring reflective or light-colored gear and a small light in case the route gets dark.
• 4.Wear shoes you are comfortable covering outdoor distance in, and bring water if you usually need it during a workout.
• 5.Going solo is fine, but expect some brief conversation as the group gathers and moves together. You do not need to be a seasoned runner to join.
