- 1.Expect live demonstrations of jazz vocal technique and piano accompaniment, with short student performances followed by feedback from Sunny Wilkinson and Ellen Rowe.
- 2.The room will be intimate and academic—sit close, take notes, and watch how the singers shape phrasing, breath, and tone with the pianist's support.
- 3.Be prepared for a Q&A or quick critique segment where you can learn how professionals analyze a vocal performance and choose repertoire.
- 4.Plan your arrival for a 3:00 PM start in Stearns Building, Cady Room, and give yourself time to park and locate the room on campus.
- 5.If you want to record or snap photos, ask for permission first and respect the performers and other students during the session.
