SynthFest

About This Event

A celebration of all things synthesizers with musical performances, hands-on synthesizer exploration, and a soldering activity.

What to Expect

• 1.Expect a mix of synth performances and hands-on time exploring the instruments, so you can listen first and try things out when you feel ready.
• 2.The soldering activity is a chance to make something, not just watch a demonstration. Check in early about how it works and whether supplies or spots are limited.
• 3.Going solo is easy here: the synths give you a natural focal point, and you can explore without needing to join a group.
• 4.This is a niche event, but you do not need to be a synth expert to enjoy it. Ask exhibitors or other attendees what a knob or instrument does if you are curious.
• 5.It is hosted at the downtown library, so plan for a public-library setting rather than a concert venue. Check the library's event details for parking, accessibility, and any food or drink rules.
