What to Expect
- 1.You’ll get a personalized, one-on-one tech coaching session with a librarian; come with a specific goal (like setting up email or solving a Wi‑Fi issue) and bring the device you want help with.
- 2.The library setting is quiet and low-key, so plan to work at a steady pace with hands-on guidance and plenty of time to try steps yourself.
- 3.Bring your device, charger, and any login info or passwords you might need; if you can’t bring the device, have a clear problem description or screenshots ready.
- 4.Check whether you must book ahead and where to park at the Farmington Hills location; arrive a little early to account for finding the right room and checking in.
- 5.After your session, ask for follow-up resources or quick practice tasks you can do at home, and take note of other digital services the library offers.
