What to Expect
- 1.You're getting a one-on-one tech session with a librarian; come with a device and a couple of concrete questions to maximize the time.
- 2.Explain what you're trying to do and what you've already tried so the helper can tailor steps clearly.
- 3.Check in at the library desk on arrival and enjoy the quiet, focused environment of a library tech help session.
- 4.Bring along chargers or cables and any relevant apps or accounts you want help with; no library card is needed to attend.
- 5.If you need more time or want follow-up help, ask about scheduling another session or checking out library tech resources for DIY help.
