The River Church Service

About This Event

Sunday morning church service held at the Oakland County Fair.

What to Expect

• 1.This is an outdoor service at a county park, so bring a lawn chair or blanket and sunscreen; seating is a mix of benches and grass.
• 2.The vibe is family-friendly and community-oriented—expect simple worship, a short sermon, and friendly volunteers who greet newcomers.
• 3.Parking and entry can be busy since the park hosts a fair, so give yourself extra time and check the fair schedule to avoid overlaps.
• 4.After the service you can explore the fairgrounds and grab a bite from on-site vendors, if you’re into family-friendly activities.
• 5.If you’re not sure about church settings, you’re welcome to observe quietly or step out if you need a break; come as you’re comfortable.
