D1 Community Workout - Youth & Adult
About this event
A free community workout session for both youth and adults hosted by D1 Training.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive a few minutes early for check-in at D1 Novi and to get warmed up before the 8:00 start.
- 2.Coach-led with scalable options, so everyone can train at their own level; if something hurts or feels off, tell the trainer for a quick modification.
- 3.You'll be in a friendly, local-Novi crowd—expect a supportive vibe and lots of encouragement, not competition.
- 4.Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable gym clothes and sneakers; there may be equipment and stations, so listen to form cues and rest between moves.
- 5.If you're bringing a youth participant, check in with the trainers about age-appropriate moves and supervision.
