Join us for an evening of learning English. Learn grammar, vocabulary, and practice your conversational skills. Great for all levels. Registration Required. No childcare provided.
What to Expect
- 1.Get there 10-15 minutes early to sign in, grab a seat, and assess which conversation group you’ll join.
- 2.Expect mixed levels; there’s usually a grammar mini-lesson followed by guided conversations, and the facilitator will pair you with others at a similar level.
- 3.Bring a notebook or device to jot down new phrases; after class, review the vocabulary lists and try using one new word in a sentence tonight.
- 4.Follow library etiquette—keep voices down in quiet areas and use the ESL resources the staff can point you to after the session.
- 5.Parking around Novi Public Library on West 10 Mile Road can fill up, so consider arriving a bit early or using nearby lots.
