A free community workout session for both youth and adults hosted by D1 Training.
What to Expect
- 1.Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and meet the D1 Training Novi coaches before the warmup.
- 2.The session is circuit-based and scalable for both youth and adults, with coaches guiding each station and offering kid-friendly modifications.
- 3.Bring water, wear breathable athletic wear and non-slip sneakers; expect a mix of bodyweight moves and light equipment.
- 4.The crowd tends to be friendly and supportive—it's a community workout, not a competitive class, so you can go at your own pace.
- 5.If you’re new to D1 or workouts in general, ask questions afterward and take advantage of the coaching tips to learn proper form.
