Historic Districts Commission Meeting

About This Event

Regular meeting of the Historic Districts Commission.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a little early at Rochester Hills City Hall to locate the chamber and sign in if there's a public comment window, since seating is first-come and the room fills up.
• 2.Dress business casual and expect a formal, procedural pace as presentations and decisions move through the commission.
• 3.If you want to speak, check the agenda in advance and sign up with the clerk; speeches are typically time-limited.
• 4.Parking around City Hall can be tight and security may cause short delays, so give yourself extra time, and expect a quiet, observant crowd of neighbors and history buffs.
• 5.Minutes and staff reports are posted after meetings, so you can review the historic district decisions and any proposed changes.
