Museum Public Open Hours & Tours

About This Event

Drop-in hours featuring a guided tour of the 1840 Van Hoosen Farmhouse at 1:00 PM and access to local history exhibits.

What to Expect

• 1.The guided farmhouse tour starts at 1:00 PM, so arrive a little before then if you want to catch it from the beginning.
• 2.You can drop in during the 12:00 to 3:00 PM window, and browse the local history exhibits at your own pace.
• 3.Expect a quieter, history-focused visit rather than a big, interactive event. The tour is a helpful focal point if you prefer having a little structure.
• 4.Wear comfortable shoes for moving through the farmhouse and exhibits, and check with the museum about accessibility or any tour limitations before you go.
• 5.If you're visiting with kids, let them know this is a historic home and exhibit space, where looking closely is more the point than touching.
