Preschool Open Gym

About This Event

Open gym session for children ages 1-5 to use gymnastics equipment with adult supervision.

What to Expect

• 1.Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get your kid signed in; the 60‑minute session goes by fast.
• 2.Dress your child in comfy athletic clothes and socks, and bring a spare outfit in case of messes.
• 3.Open gym is supervised, but you’ll still need to actively supervise and help your child try a few stations safely.
• 4.Rotate through stations calmly—start with soft mats and low equipment to build confidence, then switch when your kid’s ready.
• 5.Bring a water bottle and a small snack for a quick reset between activities; there’s typically seating for caregivers nearby.
