Turn a Gnome

About This Event

Woodturning workshop to create a decorative gnome.

What to Expect

• 1.This is a hands-on woodturning session, so expect to shape a decorative gnome on a lathe rather than just watch a demonstration.
• 2.If you have long hair or loose sleeves, secure them before working around rotating equipment, and follow the instructor's safety guidance closely.
• 3.Check with Rockler before you go to confirm whether wood and tool use are included, and whether you need to bring anything.
• 4.Arrive a little early to get settled and hear any setup or safety instructions before the workshop begins.
• 5.Wear clothes you don't mind getting dusty, and consider bringing eye protection if the organizer recommends or requires it.
