- 1.You'll start with a quick demo, then roll, stretch, and shape mozzarella and burrata at your station.
- 2.It's hands-on but guided — you'll be working with the instructors and your fellow students, so ask questions as you go.
- 3.Dress comfortably and consider bringing an apron; the kitchen can be warm and a little messy as the curd comes together.
- 4.Plan to arrive a bit early for check-in at Zingerman's Delicatessen; downtown Ann Arbor traffic and parking can be busy.
