What to Expect
- 1.You’ll actually make a candle—pick scent notes, pour the wax, set the wick, and label your jar; you’ll leave with a finished candle you crafted yourself.
- 2.The vibe is casual and creative in a bar setting, so expect friendly hosts, light conversation, and mead or cider tasting between steps.
- 3.Dress for wax splashes—wear something you don’t mind getting wax on and consider tying back long hair.
- 4.Plan to arrive a bit early to check in and grab a seat; downtown Ann Arbor parking can be tight after 6 pm, so consider rideshare.
- 5.The session runs from 6:00 PM to around midnight, so you can pace yourself, enjoy drinks, and wind down with your handmade candle at the end.
