What to Expect
- 1.I arrive a few minutes early to check in and get a quick rundown on the equipment we'll be using.
- 2.I rotate through a circuit of resistance bands, free weights, stability balls, and bodyweight moves for a solid full-body workout.
- 3.I wear supportive sneakers, bring a water bottle and towel, and wipe down machines after use.
- 4.I start with lighter weights to learn proper form because the instructor will offer regressions and cues.
- 5.I pace myself between stations, stay hydrated, and listen to my body if I need a longer rest—it’s totally normal.
