What to Expect

• 1.Arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk and find the dance floor space for the class.
• 2.Zumba Gold is lower-impact and paced for active older adults; feel free to ask the instructor for slower moves or seated options if you need them.
• 3.Wear supportive sneakers with non-marking soles and bring a water bottle; the room can get warm from all the movement.
• 4.The crowd is usually friendly and beginner-friendly—mods are common, so you can follow at your own pace.
• 5.Parking at Carls Family YMCA can fill up on weekday mornings, so consider arriving early or using side streets; class typically lasts about 45-60 minutes.
